ARTISTIC

ASSOCIATE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Dallas Theater Center (DTC) seeks applicants for a new Associate Artistic Director position to join our highly collaborative and versatile company of Resident Artists. This new, full-time staff position will work with the Artistic Director and Artistic Producer as well as the other Resident and guest artists (directors, designers, actors, playwright) to craft the artistic programming for this robust and diverse institution. DTC seeks candidates who will work in support of our mission and values and who share our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

MARKETING

BOX OFFICE COORDINATOR

The Box Office Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Ticketing Services, Box Office Manager, and Marketing teams to assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the Box Office. Some duties may include; ticket transactions, customer service, supervision of staff, and reconciliation of box office transactions. This position will also take lead on group sales and merchandise management.

BOX OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE

Working closely with the Manager of Box Office Services, Director of Ticketing, Director of Marketing and Communications, and ATTPAC Front of House, the Box Office Representative will strive to deliver an elevated patron experience, to promote all Dallas Theater Center productions, and to resolve patron issues in a timely manner.

ASSISTANT HEAD OF AUDIO & VIDEO

An active member of Dallas Theater Center (DTC)’s Production Department, the Assistant Head of Audio & Video is responsible for coordinating the daily implementation and execution of audio and video designs for all DTC productions and programs. With the Head of Audio & Video, the Assistant Head of Audio & Video oversees the installation, management and maintenance of all audio and video systems while ensuring that high artistic standards are met at all times.

VIDEO PRODUCTION ENGINEER

An active member of Dallas Theater Center (DTC)’s Production Department, the Video Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing the video components of each of our productions. The Video Production Engineer reports directly to the Assistant Head of Audio & Video, and is responsible for effectively supporting video designers, ensuring that high artistic standards are met at all times.

LEAD AUDIO ENGINEER

An active member of Dallas Theater Center (DTC)’s Production Department, the Lead Audio Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing the aural experience of each of our productions. The Lead Audio Engineer reports directly to the Assistant Head of Audio & Video, and is responsible for effectively supporting audio designers, ensuring that high artistic standards are met at all times. An ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong background in mixing for live theater, is experienced with installation and strike logistics, and feels comfortable working on multiple simultaneous projects.
