HUMBUG PUNCH
Even Ebenezer breaks a grin for this one!

“This is my favorite holiday cocktail. The sugar or candy garnish is completely optional but such a fun way to make the drink more festive. I like to use cranberry or vanilla whipped vodka to give the drink more flavor, however you can use regular vodka if you like. For the champagne I prefer Prosecco, but you can use whatever bubbly you like. This is an absolute must for a holiday and you have options for an alcoholic and nonalcoholic version the whole family can enjoy!” – J Peterman

Ingredients

1 shot of Vodka
Prosecco/Champagne
Cranberry Juice
Lime wedge
Cranberries
Optional garnish – red rock sugar (sprinkles) or candy canes, crushed in a food processor

Recipe

  1. If desired, dip the rim of your champagne flute in lime juice then directly dip into sugar or crushed candy canes
  2. One shot of vodka into your champagne flute
  3. Pour the champagne and and stop about half of an inch at the top
  4. Pour the cranberry juice to fill the rest of the glass
  5. Squeeze the juice of a lime wedge into the drink (just the juice not the whole thing) and top it off with 2-3 cranberries.

RAINBOW JUICE
Every color in the spectrum in one divine glass

“My advice –  pre-measure everything first. This drink is all about the layers and the key is to pour the separate mixtures in slowly so you don’t disturb the previous layers. If done correctly you should get a beautiful blend of the colors. It truly is a rainbow in a glass. This drink is great for parties where you want to impress your friends with your bartending skills!”  – J Peterman

Ingredients

Grenadine
2 oz of Coconut Rum
3-4 oz of Pineapple Juice
.5 oz of Blue Curacao
1 oz of Water

Recipe

  1. Glass full of ice, if you want to make it super-festive you can use a hurricane glass
  2. Pour the Grenadine over the ice, about half an inch to an inch
  3. Mix the coconut rum and pineapple juice together and slowly pour into the glass, being careful to maintain your layer of color
  4. Mix together the Blue Curacao and the water and slowly pour into the glass, also being careful to maintain your layer of color.

CHOCOLATE MARTINI
A sweet liquid kiss

“This drink is all about the chocolate! When pouring the Hershey’s syrup into your glass, don’t be afraid to be messy. You can do spirals, criss crosses, whatever you like. For the chocolate liquor I prefer the Godiva liquor, however it can be pricey at times and there are several different options available. This martini is simple and a great drink for after dinner or a long day at work. It’s so good you will be licking your glass clean!” – J Peterman

1 shot of Vanilla Vodka`
1 shot of Rumchata
2 shots of Chocolate liquor

LEMON BLUEBERRY NOT-A-MOJITO
Rooty-tooty, zingy-fruity yum!

“This drink is perfect for a sunny day at the pool. The reason I say it’s not a mojito is because rum is substituted for vodka. If you don’t have a fancy muddler, do not panic! The end of a wooden spoon or mixing spatula works just as well.” – J Peterman

Ingredients

Blueberries
Fresh Mint
Half a Tablespoon of sugar
1.5 shots of Lemon Vodka
Soda Water

Recipe

  1. In your martini shaker add about 5 blueberries, mint, sugar, and muddle the ingredients until they form a paste
  2. Pour ice into your shaker, add the vodka, and then shake for 10-20sec
  3. Pour your cocktail into a glass and top off with soda water.
