  • 1.We require all schools to bring 1 chaperone for every 10 students. 2.Your number "1" ranked day (below) may not be available.DTC will work-within reason-with each school to find mutually convenient dates. 3.Performance times are as follows: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday, 7:30pm; Friday, 8:00pm 4.Please allow 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to each show for student workshop. 5.DTC productions per season. Each school is allotted 24 tickets per show in the Project Discovery Season.
  • 1.Using a scale from 1 to 4 with "1" being "best fit" and "4" being "worst fit", rank each performance night according to which work best with your school schedule. If you and your school cannot attend on a particular night, please indicate with an "X" and provide an explanation below. Every performance night should have either a number or an "X" next to it.
  • DTC endeavors to work with school schedules. Indicate below any potential date conflicts you'd like DTC to be aware of. Please note: Rehearsals for UIL One Act are not considered a conflict. We will ensure that no school is scheduled for a show on a day they compete. Any other dates during the UIL OAP timeframe are available for schools to be scheduled on.
    Pending availability, Dallas Theater Center will provide transportation or reimburse participating schools for the cost of transportation to and from the theater.
