Sally Nystuen Vahle

Sally is a member of Dallas Theater Center’s Diane and Hal Brierley Resident Acting Company. For the past 25 years, Sally has been fortunate to act in a wide range of roles at Dallas Theater Center, including: Little Women (Hannah, Aunt March); Sweat (Tracey); Steel Magnolias (Ouiser Boudreaux); White Rabbit Red Rabbit Paulina in Public Works Dallas’ The Winter’s Tale; Mildred in Miller, Mississippi; Scrooge in A Christmas Carol; Linda Loman in Death of a Salesman; Fraulein Kost in Cabaret, Annette in God of Carnage, Bev/Kathy in Clybourne Park, Medea in Medea, and Clytemnestra in Electra.  She is a 2011 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Award recipient, co-founder of Dallas’ Kitchen Dog Theater, and she works extensively in broadcast/voice over. Sally is proud to serve the University of North Texas Department of Theater as Associate Professor of Acting and Voice. She is represented by The Mary Collins Agency.
