Bachman Lake Together Family Center

The Zero to Five Funders Collaborativewas founded in 2008 by like-minded funders to ensure children in low-income neighborhoods are physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually ready for school by age five. Zero to Five serves as a collaborative backbone providing programs evaluated by partners at Southern Methodist University.  In 2015, Zero to Five launched Bachman Lake Together to bring resources to help parents support their children’s development together under one roof. Families will have access to coordinated early learning experiences and parent engagement programming, all from the same experienced providers they know and trust from their neighborhood. Lumin Education, one of our partner agencies, also plans to open a school on the same property in the next three to five years.

PURPOSE/MISSION? To bring resources to help parents support their children’s development together under one roof. Families will have access to coordinated early learning experiences and parent engagement programming, all from the same experienced providers they know and trust from their neighborhood.
