On Wednesday, February 26, Louis Vuitton hosted an event in its NorthPark Center location to honor DTC’s education program Project Discovery (PD) with the 2013 Louis Vuitton Inspiration Award—an award given to only one of the 12 winners of the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award.

Dallas Theater Center Board members, Donors, and Staff—along with Project Discovery teachers and Louis Vuitton patrons—celebrated the award-winning program with a reception and special performance created by PD students with the support of DTC’s Associate Artistic Director Joel Ferrell. A representative from the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities spoke of the powerful impact of the program and Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty thanked Louis Vuitton for its recognition and support. There was an energetic and celebratory buzz throughout the store.
